Rossi Tre invests in internationalization thanks to CNA

The Corporate Internationalization Course promoted by CNA (National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), attended by our Rossi Tre team, has concluded with great satisfaction. The initiative proved to be an important training and updating opportunity to strengthen our skills and strategies with a view to expanding into foreign markets.

Objectives and value of the business internationalization course

The course, designed to provide practical tools and specific knowledge on business internationalization, aimed to:

  • Improve the ability to approach international markets;
  • Develop commercial strategies targeted at foreign markets;
  • Strengthen managerial skills for managing international negotiations;
  • Understand the main opportunities and challenges in export processes.

Thanks to the professionalism and practical approach of lecturer Silvia Chiarion, participants were able to explore key topics in depth, with active involvement that made the learning process even more effective.

Topics covered during the course

During the various sessions, numerous strategic and operational aspects of internationalization were addressed. Among the main topics, particular attention was given to ICP analysis (Ideal Customer Profile) and the definition of export-specific buyer personas, essential elements for identifying and approaching the most promising markets. Work was also carried out on the definition of the target customer and the strategic use of LinkedIn as a tool to engage new contacts and potential international customers.

Another central topic was the organization and management of pre- and post-international trade fair activities, which are essential for structuring participation in industry events and maximizing networking and business opportunities. The course also explored the use of digital tools for revenue operations, such as CRM systems, useful for optimizing sales processes and tracking business relationships.

The course also covered sales processes, sales cadences, and follow-up strategies, with a particular focus on creating effective procedures for managing leads and international negotiations. Finally, the Ansoff Matrix was analyzed as a useful tool for planning growth in foreign markets through new product and market strategies.
